Acceptable Use

Last updated: 29 September 2026. These rules apply to every photo you upload, every movement you choose or describe, and every purchase you make.

Only upload photos you're allowed to use

•  You must be 18 or older.

•  Only upload photos you have the right to use: your own or your family's, or photos you have permission to use.

•  For photos of living people, you must have their permission. Photos of living children only if you're their parent or legal guardian.

•  No photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, and no photos taken from someone else's social media or website without permission.

Don't ask for harmful content

•  No nudity or sexual content, and nothing that sexualizes children in any way.

•  No hateful, harassing, violent or threatening imagery or movement.

•  Nothing meant to deceive, such as fake documents, fake evidence, or clips that pass off a real person as doing something they didn't do.

•  Don't ask us to add official military emblems, seals or insignia, or other people's logos, trademarks or copyrighted characters. Uniforms already in your photo are fine.

Don't misuse the service

•  Don't try to get around the free limits (7 restores and 2 moving previews per 24 hours), the watermark, or the payment step.

•  No bots, scraping, or automated or bulk use of the site.

•  Don't try to access other people's photos, moments or orders, or interfere with the site's security.

What we do

Custom movement descriptions are checked automatically for harmful content (by OpenAI's moderation) before a clip is made, and the AI models have their own safety systems, so some requests are refused. We can refuse or cancel requests and plans that break these rules, delete the content, and block access. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
