Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026. RevivedMoments (revivedmoments.com) is operated by App Agentic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16428873). By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use rules, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Who can use RevivedMoments

You must be 18 or older. You may only upload photos you have the right to use: your own or your family's, or photos you have permission to use. For photos of living people, you confirm you have their permission, or that you're the parent or legal guardian of any child shown.

How it works

You upload an old photo. We restore it (and, if you choose, colourise it) using OpenAI's image model, then turn the restored photo into a short moving clip, about 5 to 6 seconds long, using an image-to-video model run through fal. You pick the movement from a list; if you've bought custom prompts, you can describe it in your own words instead.

For free, you get a watermarked, downscaled restored photo (currently up to 7 restores per 24 hours) and, once you give us your email address, a watermarked, low-resolution moving preview (currently up to 2 per 24 hours). The previews are made from your real photo by the same models; what you unlock is the full-quality version of what you see.

AI results vary. A restored or animated photo is the AI's interpretation: likeness isn't guaranteed, and the AI can get details wrong. Please check your preview before you unlock it.

Plans and credits

Plans are paid subscriptions. Each one gives you credits straight away and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel:

•  1-Week Access: 4 credits for $5.85, then renews automatically at the same price, $5.85 every week, adding 4 more credits each time, until you cancel. (No longer offered to new customers; existing subscriptions continue on these terms.)

•  4-Week Access: 20 credits for $17.55, then renews automatically at the same price, $17.55 every 4 weeks, adding 20 more credits each time, until you cancel.

•  8-Week Access: 40 credits for $29.49, then renews automatically at the same price, $29.49 every 8 weeks, adding 40 more credits each time, until you cancel.

The renewal price and date are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email, and renewals are charged to the payment method you paid with. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies.

You can also buy credits once, without a plan:

•  5 moments: 5 credits for $14.99 (R$74,90 on the Portuguese site), a one-time payment that doesn't renew.

1 credit unlocks 1 moment: the full-quality moving clip and the full-resolution restored photo, without a watermark, to download. Credits you've paid for never expire, and stay usable after your plan ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in one click on your moments page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep any credits you've paid for.

One-time offers

Right after you buy a plan or a one-time pack, we may offer these one-time extras:

•  Priority processing ($17.54): your clips skip the standard processing queue (standard clips wait about 20 seconds before they start), so they're ready up to 3x faster.

•  Custom prompts ($29.24): describe in your own words how the people in your photo should move, instead of choosing from the list of motions.

•  200 credits ($117.01): 200 extra credits.

•  40 credits ($23.39): 40 extra credits.

Each is a separate one-time payment that you confirm in the checkout form, which shows the amount (your saved details may be filled in for you). They don't renew. Credits you buy this way never expire.

Payments

Payments are sold through Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record service, which handles sales tax or VAT (added at checkout where it applies), receipts, and payment support. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* REVIVEDMOMENTS. You can also view orders and manage or cancel your plan at link.com. RevivedMoments sells digital files only: there are no physical products and nothing is shipped.

Your photos and your moments

You keep all rights in your photos. You give us permission to store and process them only to create, show and deliver your restored photos and clips, and to support your purchase. We never use them in ads or examples without asking you.

Once you've unlocked a moment, you may use it for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, and we won't sell or license it to anyone else. Because AI-generated images and video may not be protected by copyright in every country, we can't promise that you can stop others from copying them.

Refunds

How refunds work is described in the Refund Policy.

Things you must not do

Follow the Acceptable Use rules. We can refuse or stop any request that breaks them, cancel a plan (with a refund of any payment for work we don't deliver), and block access to the site.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the site and the AI previews "as is" and can't promise they'll always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you make a purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but if you're a consumer you keep the protections of the law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.
